How to use an Office Document to Share with People
PDF Reader Chrome and Office are the easiest, cheapest ways to share documents with friends and family.
The Office app is a desktop browser that has a robust collection of PDF files and works in a similar way to a web browser.
But with PDF Reader, you can share documents directly from your desktop.
To get started, you’ll need to download the PDF reader and set it up for sharing.
In the Office app, you select the document you want to share from the list.
Click the Add button to add the file to the library, then click Share.
The document is available in your browser as a PDF document.
You can read the PDF document in the browser as PDF files, or convert the document to HTML or PDF format.
When you share a PDF, you get an alert to notify you when it’s ready to be shared.
You’ll also receive an email from Office when the file is ready.
After you share the document, it will be automatically placed into your Library.
You need to make sure the document is properly marked up before you can add it to your Library and continue to share.
In Office, you need to be logged into the Office 365 email account to share files.
The email account will not be saved automatically when the PDF viewer is open.
In addition to saving documents in PDF format, you will also need to open the PDF Reader in the Office Browser.
When opening a PDF in the app, there’s a button to turn the PDF into a link in the address bar.
The PDF file can be clicked on to open a link on the PDF, which opens a PDF reader.
To make the PDF more visible in the PDF Viewer, open the File menu in the toolbar and choose the View menu.
If the PDF is too small to fit on the toolbar, click the View button.
In a PDF View screen, you might see a menu with a few options: Size and Height.
You might also see a box for the size and height of the PDF.
You will see a drop-down menu with several options: Horizontal, Vertical, or Both.
In this case, the PDF file is about 1.5 inches wide by 2 inches tall.
To resize it, choose the Small size option.
In that case, you have the option to increase the height of your PDF file.
The menu will expand and you can scroll to see more options.
The File menu lets you select whether you want the PDF to be saved as an image or a PDF.
You may also choose whether to share the PDF with others or display it in a PDF viewer.
Click Share to start sharing the document.
After sharing the PDF you can either open the link in a reader or view it in the reader.
You don’t have to worry about opening the PDF in another app.
If you open the document in a web viewer, the document will open in the document browser.
You also can share it to email, text messages, or send a PDF file to a contact.
In other words, you don’t need to worry if the document has any file types or metadata that the Office browser doesn’t support.
The Share button lets you choose whether you’d like to save the PDF for viewing on your computer, your tablet, or your phone.
Once the PDF has been saved, it can be shared with others.
When sharing a PDF with other people, you may want to make the document larger than it is.
To do this, click on the Print button in the top right corner of the screen.
This opens a Print menu.
The print dialog box lets you specify a size, font size, and color scheme for the PDF (such as black and white or bold and blue).
Click the Save button to save your document as a .pdf file.
You must click Save when the document file is done uploading to the PDF browser.
The .pdf format is very fast and can take a few minutes to load.
After uploading the file, the file will be displayed in the new browser.
When the document loads, you should see the file open in a new document viewer.
You should be able to open PDF files with the same file type and size in the same browser.
